Joost,

Qimage can't.
It has been discussed before in the Qimage forum but Mike didn't bring 
that feature. It could be that the nesting structure needs to be 
rewritten as the print page size is then no longer fixed.
It would be a nice feature, many RIPs have it.
If Qimage also got a hot folder system with the possibility to create 
different hot folders based on the job/session recalls then that print 
page fill feature would be even more helpful. Think about remote loading 
of files and printing. Prints ready when you get home from a shooting 
session. Not my kind of jobs though.

I have not tried this out: if you make the print page very long and you 
shut Auto cutting off, compact nesting selected in Qimage,  then it may 
be possible to move the paper backward on the printer's panel menu after 
the job and cut it then "manually" with the panel commando within the 
original print page length. Creating a new leading edge for the next 
job. The HP Z drivers allow that I think. Not the same of course as you 
can not repeat that job after job without manual corrections.
