It will look like crap. The dot pattern of the inkjet process will be enlarged. You really can only do the contact process at size of neg you make. Unless you are looking for a certain look. The film recorder or LVT output is only real choice for a "conventional" silver based (no large dots) neg from a digital file for use in enlarging. Nobody has seemed to ask you this question "why do you want a neg and not just print the digital file directly via inkjet or light-jet"?
