Hi Randy: Depends on what features you are looking for. However, before dropping a lot of money on Silverfast, I recommend you checkout Vuescan ($40 basic and $80pro for raw and color management and unlimited updates/upgrades; and works with OS X, and 10.6 to 10.3). Although the UI is non-standard it yields excellent results once you climb the learning curve (at least in my opinion) the UI makes sense. Moreover, it has more user options than anyone could expect.
