Yup got it in the mail & it has been under my pillow ever since. I still chewing 
on a letter to teh editor asking how they could dedicate an entire issue to B&W 
and not even mention MIS, Piezo, QTR, or Bowhuas. Lets not consider their 
complete ignorance of / failure to highlight Paul or John's efforts, 
leadership, and dedication to the art of digital B&W printing.

OP is actually one of my favorite bedtime rags, well, was...
