Digital BW, The Print

I just found this press release from Nikon.

Does anybody know if this is for sale yet?
  
The Fuji S2 isn't due until July and that is based on the N80.  If 
the Nikon D100 is based on the F100 as its specs. suggest, this 
will be a more manageable camera than the oversized D1X and 
a more solid camera than the S2.  Of course, I would only use it 
for black and white.
