I don't think so. I wrote to SC Johnson - the manufacturers of Windex - and got this reply :- "Thank you for your e-mail regarding Windex. This product is not manufactured for the UK market and so it is unavailable in this country. As the labelling regulations and restrictions on certain substances are different in some countries we are unable to import the product for sale here without making changes. In the UK we manufacture a product called Mr Muscle Window & Glass cleaner, although the ingredients will be different and does not contain ammonia.
