Water, ammonia, isopropanol and some detergent/surfactant, from 
discussions seen elsewhere. I failed to find household ammonia when 
looking a couple of years ago in UK. It used to be commonly available but 
it appears that Health & Safety have forced it off the shelves, or maybe 
it just doesn't sell as profitably as branded products. No doubt it will 
still be available from chemical suppliers like Rayco. I gave up and used 
  clear Windolene which seemed to be a similar formulation.
