Take these off and you have access to the waste ink tank. I use cotton batting that is intended for chair cushions to replace the soaked Epson pads. You'll probably find the reset routine (to tell the printer the tank is now empty) on the Yahoo Epson Wider Format forum or their files. Paul www.PaulRoark.com
