I am guessing you are using the Eboni black ink when you shouldn't be on glossy. This will happen if you are using the wrong print driver / approach. Have you read Paul Roark's article on this printer/ink combo ? http://www.paulroark.com/BW-Info/UT14.pdf Are you sure you are using one of the glossy printing approaches detailed in this doc?
