Digital BW, The Print

I recall someone mentioning a supplier of monochrome inks from a 
supplier in the EU (I think maybe Germany) on one of the lists I follow, 
but now can't find the relevant post anywhere. Does anyone know an EU 
supplier for either MIS or Piezography inks in an EU country please. (I 
want to avoid hassles with import duties taxes and VAT collection, so US 
is not an option).
