Write Robert Grafton of Gemini and Refill inks a message and explain 
that you want MIS Eboni etc. I'm sure he will tell you that Image 
Specialists delivers the inks to MIS and to his shop.

There's also a Slovakian and an Italian agent of Image Specialists products.

On the other hand it is clear that HP Vivera pigment inks include a 
matte black + photo black + grey + light grey + a gloss enhancer that 
could double act as a extender to dilute the grey inks if you do not 
like Paul's dilutions. Forget the message you quoted above, it is based 
on a misunderstanding.
