Digital BW, The Print

I am thinking of converting my 7800 to mono. I have been using a 2100 with Paul Roark's eboni 6 and MIS UT 7. I am wondering whether to get refillable carts and go with UT7+PK or try eboni 6 (or perhaps use HP ink). Is it safe to use eboni 6 in a 7800 without constantly agitating the carts? Would UT7 be safer?
