That's a good sign.

Be sure the tubes that go from the parking stations to the pump to the waste ink tray are all in good shape and connected.

I'm definitely not an expert printer technician.  You might find more expertise on the Epson Wide Format forum.  I'm just focusing on the pumps because they are a weak point in the printers, and if they are not working, you can't load or clean the machine.  The parking station  must also seal well enough for the pumps to pull the ink through the heads.  You might clean the surfaces that mate when the heads park.
