Thanks for the tips, John. I will try them both. I will keep researching on antibacterials for gelatine. To my understanding, there are no single chemical able to fight bacteria and fungus at the same time. Furthermore, some are effective in acidic environments while others in alkaline. Probably I need to use at least two products.
