Bonjour Sylvain, I use Harman by Hahnemhle 320g and now it's ok. But a few months ago I had the head still on low position and printed too close to the edge of the paper. Since the paper is not totally flat, I heard a couple of times the head hit against the paper edge. Hope nothing got damaged... The banding I was referring to appeared all of the sudden after printing for quite a while without any problems (and at low head position). I first thought the ink level was too low, but it continued even with a new cartridge. Only that paper-setting "fixed" it! It's a bit strange, because I don't detect any damage to the paper surface, so the head probably wasn't touching the paper. I also thought of blocked nozzles, but a nozzle check came out ok. Remains the possibility of something hanging under the head (dust), and I would like to ask if there is a way to clean the head surface other than doing a cleansing cycle, which probably wouldn't remove anything hanging there anyway?
