I know you mean well with your post but I don't think it's appropriate.. I have no clue what's wrong but a week ago I re-ordered my supplies on 4 sizes of Renaissance Tissue and also a roll and I got it today.. I've been dealing with these guys for a long time and have never had an issue.. Something is broken.. I never get billed until they ship.. I think you need to dig deeper ...Some how their may be a miss understanding or a mistake of somekind.. This is cross posted to three groups.. I got that your upset but I honestly suggest something needs to be looked in to further.

This is an advisory to not order any products from this company.
I ordered a portfolio case from them on October 19, 2010, have not received
either the case or a refund from them, even after ten or so phone
conversations with their customer service staff. They have given me a song and
dance for 3 months, but have not refunded me $67.20 for the cancelled order.
Use other sources for these products.
