Hello All, I don't post very often, but the frustration expressed by two people about Light Impressions reminds me, in general, about purchases on line. If you pay by credit card, and have not received, the merchandise, or it's damaged & the company does not respond, your credit card company will. Even if you've paid the bill already, they will take up the fight, and give you a credit on your account. Companies are not happy when they have problems with the credit card issuers, and will respond and resolve with them much more quickly. Hope this helps. Clayton Price
