First I definitely concur in the recommendation to take advantage of the credit card firm's dispute resolution systems. They have the leverage and are required by law to have these systems, but you must act within their -- the law's -- time limits (60 days I believe). Read the fine print on the backs of the credit card bills carefully. At one time the notice of the dispute had to be in writing. My experience has been that at least with American Express a mere phone call is enough. (My old employer, the FTC, enforced the law against the credit card companies.) Second, the real problem for me as a long time customer of Light Impressions is to find a replacement if they have, in fact, hit the wall. In particular, I like to have them cut 8-ply board. I have not found a good substitute (aside from my very high priced local framer). Any suggestions? Thanks, Paul www.PaulRoark.com
