Re: [Digital BW] Re: Light Impressions - Alternatives?

Hi Paul:

I've ordered hundreds of custom cut and pre-cut 8ply boards from framedestination.com. First, I should disclose that I helped
develop a product with them called the GalleryPouch, and I receive a commission on the sale of that product. I don't receive commission on any of their other products.

Their 8-ply board are very thick (all 8ply boards are not created equal), they are cut well, and they have recently increased the colors of 8ply boards that they carry. In quantities over 10 pricing goes down quite a bit.

They also protect their mats (and other products) extremely well when they ship them. Their customer service is also excellent.

Their website is http://www.framedestination.com.

Hope that helps.

All the best,

Andrew

They have the leverage and are required by law to have these systems, but you must act within their -- the law's -- time limits (60 days I believe). Read the fine print on the backs of the credit card bills carefully. At one time the notice of the dispute had to be in writing. My experience has been that at least with American Express a mere phone call is enough. (My old employer, the FTC, enforced the law against the credit card companies.)
