They have some sister companies, the oldest/largest being Twentieth Century Photo Products and Business Solution. Both have been out of stock on most of the items in their catalogs for more than a year. It seems that they may be slowly liquidating inventory than going out of business.

well, i have done business with them for about 15 years and the past few years have been awful. I am in the same situation as mention in the orginal OP and am getting ready to call them again on monday. I order interleaving in AUg. no product no refund.

The last person I talked with was very nice and realise the company is getting beat up all over the world, but they have little recourse.

I know you mean well with your post but I don't think it's appropriate.. I have no clue what's wrong but a week ago I re-ordered my supplies on 4 sizes of Renaissance Tissue and also a roll and I got it today.. I've been dealing with these guys for a long time and have never had an issue.. Something is broken.. I never get billed until they ship.. I think you need to dig deeper ...Some how their may be a miss understanding or a mistake of somekind.. This is cross posted to three groups.. I got that your upset but I honestly suggest something needs to be looked in to further.

I ordered a portfolio case from them on October 19, 2010, have not received
either the case or a refund from them, even after ten or so phone
conversations with their customer service staff. They have given me a song and
dance for 3 months, but have not refunded me $67.20 for the cancelled order.
Use other sources for these products.
