Rich,
I probably need to eat a bit of crow on this one. I will say that I have had no issues what so ever.. but after reading the rest of the posts something is clearly broken.. It to bad and a bit sad as they have been a specialty provider for a long time.. It appears their ability to communicate straight has really slid.. to bad.. and not acceptable..

  Richard,
I know you mean well with your post but I don't think it's appropriate.. I
have no clue what's wrong but a week ago I re-ordered my supplies on 4
sizes of Renaissance Tissue and also a roll and I got it today.. I've been
dealing with these guys for a long time and have never had an issue..
Something is broken.. I never get billed until they ship.. I think you need to dig
deeper ...Some how their may be a miss understanding or a mistake of
somekind.. This is cross posted to three groups.. I got that your upset but I
honestly suggest something needs to be looked in to further.

  Hi Jimbo:

I'm not trying to be vindictive here.... just think it IS my responsibility
to speak up about a problem in the marketplace that members of these lists
are involved in. I have gotten letters in the past from bankruptcy courts,
notifying me that I will not be getting my money back from companies I
have placed orders with. It is not a nice feeling. Light Impressions is
following the same behavior pattern as those companies that have gone belly-up on
me in the past. $67.50 is not a lot of money and I'm not angry with these
people, just very wary. They NEVER contacted me during the course of this
whole transaction, even after having their customer service people give me
assurances that my refund will be done in 1 week.... 2 weeks.& so forth.
I am of the opinion that you have been lucky. My post is merely a hint to
you not to push your luck.
