i have used light impressions for the last 20 years and never had a problem until the last 2-3 years.  like you, i've had many fulfillment delays that have taken months to resolve.  in one conversation with a rep, i was told that they had switch suppliers and are sourcing some of their products from mexico.  i finally gave up on them and am now doing most of my purchases from http://www.documounts.com/.  much happier now and prices seems more reasonable than light impressions.  you are right to share this issue with others.  if light impressions can't get their act together, i see no reason why others need to suffer through the agony you and i have experienced.
