I like that you can always talk to a "real" person and that they know you as a customer and talk to you as if you're face-to-face in their storefront. If anything goes wrong they bend over backwards to make it right. And... they have free ground FedEx shipping for all orders over $100. They're located in Rochester, NY, and have a very knowledgable staff. They seem very dedicated to making the fine art printing experience a good one for all.
