Digital BW, The Print

I envy you the chance to see those prints! Living in Singapore, the 
opportunity to see master work like that just doesn't come. Sigh... I 
have had some luck printing with an Epson 10600 using Jon Cone's K6 
inks (the special edition set) on a paper from Japan made by Awagami. 
Their Bamboo paper has a very warm tone, smooth transitions, very 
gravure-like. It isn't the same but it is pretty good, nonetheless.
I do wish I could see those original prints!!!
