If your cap station fits properly and you overfill the carts or fill them in place and flood the capstation (ie:flood it like you would deliberately do while puddle cleaning) you can inadvertently set up a siphon and empty the carts into the sump. Assuming that your carts are ok that would be my guess as to what happened. Two weeks ago I refilled all the carts and then let the printer sit. Tonight I turned the printer on and did a nozzle check. Two channels were blank so I ran a few cleaning cycles with no improvement. I pulled the two carts out and they are empty! It looks like the ink ran out of the carts while it sat idle for two weeks. > > Has anyone else experienced this and is there anything specific I can look at to remedy this and be sure it does not happen again? > > Thanks. > > Scott >
