Hello Eddie, I am pretty good on the basic economics here. For me, the 1400 will cost about $140 more than the 1100 at the moment (I am in Canada but can order the 1100 and pick it up in the US), and a recent post from Paul said, in part, "the 1100 can make the most neutral 100% carbon print that can be made", so I wanted to gain more insight into the options. At MIS prices, $140 buys a fair bit of ink. And please, call me "John".
