All I have is a relatively full 220 ml cartridge.  Can you recommend 
a source for empty cart and cleaning fluid, or perhaps a cart filled 
with cleaning fluid?

Can you be more detailed?  You took a full cartridge, and put 
additional air into the cartridge?
