What is it with the 4000? It's the only relatively recent Epson printer that has had a reputation for clogging. As to magenta, they (well at least Epson and MIS) sink like rocks in my tests. My hypothesis is that the magenta is weak by nature and they make the particles larger to offset that weakness. Paul www.PaulRoark.com
