Hello: I would gently apply some curl to the side that is problematic by gently rolling the paper along a tube with a piece of paper on top to protect it. You can do that at a 45 degree angle to focus on the corners so that they do not curl up. You can also increase the platen gap one number (maybe from 2 to 3).
