Quite the opposite on my Win7x64 system. I'm now using it instead of LR3.6. 
Far superior raw processing, and no problems at all with speed or crashes.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
