I think it would be worth buying a copy of QTR http://www.quadtonerip.com/html/QTRdownload.html just to check the inks more accurately. You're in for a lot of frustration if inks are in the wrong positions or otherwise the incorrect densities. I usually recommend people buy MIS pre-loaded carts if they have them for the printer (1400 and 1100).
