Roark UT3D profiles not showing up

Hi all,
I'm not able to see the Roark UT3d ICC profiles.  Windows, Vista 64 bit, either PS or Qimage.  

Any thoughts?  Installed in right directory.  I can see all the other profiles in that directory.
