Digital BW, The Print

I found a cache of ICC profiles today and am wondering if I can use these. A number of them seem well suited for use with Red River papers on an Epson 1400. I have a 1400 and usually print on Red River Art White, Polar Gloss or Polar Matte. Can anyone explain the following:

These ICCs are for the Plus 4 set of B&W inks. Will they work with the UT-14 (six set) of inks?

Each of the ICCs is listed with a name that is in code, for example:

1400-EB4-RR-auoraW-n2-rgb.icc

I'm assuming this means:

1400 printer

Ebony 4 ink set

Red River Aurora White paper

n2 - Neutral 2?

rgb - set color space to RGB?

What else do I need to know? Thanks in advance.
