Download and install Revo Uninstaller demo. The bottom option box should be checked which does a deep uninstall. Look for the QTR icon on that page and click it to remove it. At each step that Revo stops at,use the delete all option. It does a restore point first, so you are safe. That will remove all registry references and any hangover files. Reboot and reinstall QTR.
