Digital BW, The Print

I also need to find an inexpensive way to mount 16x20 prints.  I have not done it before.  I wonder if Paul could explain in excruciating detail where to buy the clip frames, what sort of paper to put on the back and how to use spacers?

Also, I did not understand the reference to "footboard" in the description of the foamboard idea. Does it refer to the bottom of the frame? Wouldn't two binder clips at the bottom look strange? 

I have searched the net for a cheap way to get a professional looking presentation, but can't find anything for someone who isn't a woodworker.
