Digital BW, The Print

Does anyone have any recommendation for printing on Epson Matte
Heavy weight paper using an Epson R1800?

I need to be able to get as close as possible to a neutal black & white print.

I have the following curves available:
UC_EEnMatte-Black
UC_EEnMatte-Cool
UC_EEnMatte-Sepia

I use the standard Epson inks.
