Digital BW, The Print

Help!

My brand new 1390 (Asian version of 1400) printer has problems with one of the ink slot. 

Using the QTR calibration mode I have botchy inks for the Light cyan.

Is this due to clogged print head of just plain faulty? 
This is kind of strange as its a new printer. 

Also does the Light cyan denoted by QTR the same as Light Cyan cart in printer?

I'm still learning so I will try calibration by excluding LC first.
