It does look like the calibration print might itself be corrupted. Try printing a 21-step test print with a curve that is simply LC with a straight line (0,0) to (100,100) curve. Use those end points in the Curve Creator LC, "Load curve" mode. One option in that mode is to define the curve with points. See the "Point List" tab after you push the "Curve" button that appears when "Load Curve" is selected for LC. I use these straight line curves regularly for lots of purposes. It's good to know how to make them. (I'm PC. I don't know how Mac users go all this.) At any rate, using a clean 21-step test file and a straight line LC curve will let you see if the Calibration Mode print has become corrupted and needs to be replaced. You could also open the inkseparation6.tif file in the "bin" folder of QTR and see of that pattern in on that file. Paul www.PaulRoark.com
