I do have one MIS 1400 cart that drips when re-filling.  I've marked it and
tape the outlet before pulling the refill plug.  That plus a paper towel
under the cart when refilling makes the dripping problem minimal.  It only
leaks when the reservoir plug is pulled.  Otherwise the cart is fine and
has been refilled many times.
