As far as I know, the only unusual thing about Microdol X is some Kodak proprietary benzotriazole-like stuff for the solvent action that gives the fine grain and speed loss. Perhaps it's that. At one time I had a bottle of benzotriazole (branded Johnsons Fog & Grain Restrainer) in my quest for fine grain, and don't remember any toxicity warnings. Just found this, not very nice. http://www.sciencelab.com/msds.php?msdsId=9923061 -- Regards Tony Sleep http://tonysleep.co.uk
