The Cone Piezo system (ie Piezography Pro24) works very well on the 7000. I use it. The downside is the relatively high cost of the Piezo inks, and the lack of any real layout function in what is a very basic RIP. An alternative is to wait for the possible release, on a future unknown date, of Piezography 2, which is a different product, not a replacement for Pro24 (because different software developers are involved), or to use ImagePrint 4, which looks very nice from samples I have seen, and is the RIP upon which Piezo 2 is based. Confused? Can't say I blame you. Your choice, here and now, is between Pro24 and Imageprint 4. Both should do a great job, with ImagePrint having the advantage of being a colour as well as a B&W RIP, so I assume it would run your 7500 as well. -- Quentin --- In DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@y..., Bill Giffen <wagge@s...> wrote: > I have decided that the 7000 will be my next printer ( unless I get some > really bad feedback) I also would like the 7500 to use for my color > printing.
