I'm on a Mac and and I have no problems with Create ICC profiles (colour versions) showing up in CS6. That said, I've left CS3 on for printing and more recently, I started using Roy's new Print program. I use CS6 only for profile conversion prior to printing (i.e. convert file, save, load into QTR-Print-Tool, print).
