Paul, this is a really great, straightforward writeup of the procedure that worked well for me. After reading it through, the only question I am wondering about the measurement of the 100% patch for the lighter colors. It seemed to me (when I did it) that I should use the last patch that showed a non-zero density delta, and by that I'd save redundant ink for that shade (through operator error and paper feed problems, I've had a couple of puddling episodes). Is there a strong reason to read the 100% patch or is it just something that's worked well historically? Thanks!
