Digital BW, The Print

In May 2006, like many other photographers, I had a nasty experience with Spivak. He even threatened me with his "lawyers." I'd forgotten about it until now. Today,seven years later I have a lengthy voice mail message from him, asking if I still had any residual anger about the "mishap." He begged me to return his call, offering some kind of amends, perhaps free advertising. He is worried that the posts on the internet reflect badly on his image and that of Focus. Hmmmm. I wonder how much it would cost me this time.
