Jimbo,
Thanks and I found more on other aspects linked from there. I have a
Premium Creative Suite with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Bridge,
Acrobat Pro, etc. I see that my CC route is not leading me to the
Photoshop + Lightroom + Bridge + Behance + 20GB deal at 9.99 but to the
(first year reduced price) but expensive CC Suite version that was known
months ago or a single Photoshop CC version at twice the 9.99 price. In
Euro.
I guess Adobe assumes that a customer who could afford a more expensive
package in the past should not get a chance for a good deal as he can
afford a worse deal.
Sometimes we see that policy here when you do a gift for a good cause
and they increase the mailing as they estimate that sucker can do more
for the good cause.
Nope. I'm out till that offer is covering my route too.

That's fine Ernst.. I understand and you gotta do
what you gotta do.. by the way Bridge is a free download.. that you can add to
the 9.99 package.. and I think the CC version of Bridge will interact with the
CS6 version programs (non CC) I'm trying to validate that now.. I forgot to put
that in there.
For the record I have the Design and Web
Prem Creative suite for both platforms here at CS6.. I'm going to
jump in solely to test the waters and see how the ride is.. so basically I'm
just tossing 120 bucks in the air to learn.. and their are a couple of new
tools / features in the CC version of Photoshop that are related to smart
objects that I really want to use and try out for a while.. Largely for
me they have changed how Photoshop can be used for Video.. and also
stills by incorporating the use of all the raw adjustment tools by adding a
camera raw layer that can be used on regular files. (Tiff , Psd etc etc)..
I do feel that we should all try to continue to have an open and non
stressful dialog about all this as I feel it is part of the substance that
will help all of us on the group move into the future..
