Frank,

I never ran into this with the Eclipse Satine but brushing off the paper
before printing is a good practice in any case. I use what is called a
counter brush which I think you can get from Light Impressions or maybe Dick
Blick. I have had mine for years for brushing off prints and boards during
dry mounting.
