Buy "The Shark" vacuum and go to town.  (about $29 or knockoff at $19.95)....or go manual and buy a drafters brush.

  because I don't see the specks when the image is first printed, it 
  only appears a few days later, when I retrieve it and have another 
  look. And not consistantly either.
  I will try and blow off or dust off the paper first. Do you use 
  any 'tool' in particular for this ?
  I've been using Eclipse Satine paper.
