You can also use a simple PS technique to simulate IR, and make your 
own actions. It goes something like this:
1)Add a channel mixer layer mask to your RGB image, set to 
monochrome, set green channel to 200%, red to -30% and blue to -70% 
(play around with the red and blue settings a bit, keeping in mind 
you want a total of around 100%)
2)In the channels pallette, highlight the green channel and apply a 
guassian blur filter. Then you can go to "edit" and fade the blur and 
apply "screen" or "soft light" or whatever makes you happy.
3) Voila! IR from RGB
