What a concept !!! They've sure been responsive so far. The only thing they seem to resist that almost everyone I've spoken with wants is some way to get a test cart set of new inks... I can see why they wouldn't want to have to stock both bulk and carts of every conceiveable variation, but the commitment to bulk ink isn't just a money one...it's a system commitment for a significant period of time (I guess you could say its always just money, you can toss the ink if you really don't like it, but the reality is you sort of use up all the ink and then try another or stay with it for a system). Long-winded..sorry... Is there some other way we can work with them to get test carts?
