UT14 M and LM are MIS glossy carbons that work also on matte paper. They are a warmer carbon than Eboni. See http://www.paulroark.com/BW-Info/UT14.pdf
They are darker than the Eb6 M and LM, so the profiles will need to be adjusted. (For the same-density inks, you'd need MIS K4-LK and LLK.) The prints may look good with just the Epson driver.
The cart chips may need to be of the same generation. Hopefully they would be, but it might be worth mentioning that to MIS when you purchase the carts.
I hope this gets you the print tone you're looking for.

I just started using the Eboni-6 inkset from MIS with QTR with matte papers on my 1430. I read somewhere that with the Eb6 inks, toning can only be accomplished on matte paper by paper choice (lab B). Do I have this right?
I have 2 papers I am testing. Epson Hot Press Natural gives me just about a neutral carbon while Canson Rag Photographique appears a bit warmer (eyeballing it). Is it possible for me to swap another ink or 2 in the M and LM carts (maybe) to get a warm up the Hot Press print?
I am not a high volume printer. Just a few prints a week.
Thanks,
